1. Cross-sectional dimensions and deviations

2. Permissible length tolerance When the length of the aluminum spacer bar doesn’t exceed 6m, the permissible deviation in length is ±10mm; when the length exceeds 6m, the permissible deviation shall be determined by mutual agreement between the supplier and the buyer.

3. The aluminum spacer bar shall be straight, with side bow and wave bending not exceeding 0.2%.

4. The aluminum spacer bar twist shall not exceed 0.5mm.

5. The surface of the aluminum spacer bar shall be smooth, clean, free from oil stains, cracks, and scratches.

6. The air vents of the aluminum spacer bar shall be uniformly distributed, with no interruptions or missing holes allowed.

7. The ends of the aluminum spacer bar shall be flush.

8. For foldable aluminum spacers, after bending, the bent portion shall not have cracks.
